At 6'2" with an IQ of 216, PowerStorm (real name known to his loved ones as James Hawkins) is a masked vigilante operating in the city of Chicago with a focus on the south side as it’s the part of town containing the most injustice and corruption. Although PowerStorm has no superpowers of his own, his frequent workouts and private training sessions, along with the modified technology inside his outfit, have given him the increased strength, agility, and reflexes he needs to fight off corruption and save the city.
